Individual do-it-yourself petitioners and their direct family members in the same immigration process. Each purchase covers the preparation of one person's petition — family can work together on that single case (for example, a spouse helping with the other spouse's petition), but one purchase does not let two people each generate their own separate petitions. It's not for attorneys, consultants, or anyone preparing cases for other people, and the materials can't be resold or shared outside your own family's process.
Your files and information are used only to run the platform and generate your draft. We don't sell your data and we don't use your documents to train AI models. Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and access is tightly restricted: you can access your own case, and beyond that only limited, authorized team members can, and only when it's needed to operate the platform or help you.
